What brands do you carry?
We work with leading commercial printer and copier manufacturers and can source equipment across all major brands.
While we remain brand-agnostic and recommend solutions based on your workload and business needs, we do have preferred dealer relationships and special pricing programs with HP, Brother, Xerox, and Kyocera, allowing us to offer aggressive pricing and promotional opportunities on those lines.
Our long-standing industry partnerships give us access to competitive pricing, business-grade hardware, and manufacturer-backed programs. If you have a preferred brand, let us know. We’ll recommend the right model based on performance requirements, print volume, and long-term cost of ownership.
Do you setup and install your printers?
Yes.
We provide professional delivery and installation services. Depending on the equipment and agreement type, delivery and installation may be included or quoted separately.
We can handle full network configuration or coordinate directly with your IT provider.
Do you provide ink and toner?
Yes. Through Tonertech, we supply:
- OEM toner cartridges
- High-quality remanufactured toner
- Fast local delivery
- Recycling and cartridge pickup programs
- We can also structure automated toner replenishment programs for higher-volume environments.
Are there contracts?
Depending on whether you purchase, lease, or rent equipment, there may be service agreements or lease terms involved.
Our agreements are designed to:
- Provide predictable service costs
- Lock in rates where applicable
- Ensure equipment is properly supported
We clearly outline all terms before you commit.
Will it work with my network?
Most modern business printers and copiers support current network standards, including secure printing, scanning, and remote management.

How soon can you deliver a copier?
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and scheduling.
In many cases we can offer next-day delivery. Some installations may require scheduling based on equipment type and configuration needs.

What if my copier breaks?
Service coverage depends on your agreement.
For leased or rental equipment, service and labour are typically included.
For purchased equipment, service can be provided under warranty, service agreement, or time-and-materials billing.
Replacement parts may be covered under agreement or quoted separately depending on coverage.
We aim to respond quickly and minimize downtime.
