Renting is month-to-month with no contract involved. You can rent a printer from Copierworks for as little or as long as you require. All rentals include free delivery, installation, maintenance, and servicing.

Leasing offers lower monthly payments with a 1-5 year commitment. When you lease, you have the option to purchase your printer at the end of your lease term. Leased printers from Copierworks also include free delivery, installation, maintenance, and servicing.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — all Copierworks printers include free delivery, setup, installation, networking, and training. We can have you up and running with a printer in less than 24-48 hours.

Where can I get ink & toner for your printers?

Through our sister company, Tonertech, we offer discount prices on brand name OEM toner cartridges from HP, Brother, Lexmark, Canon, Samsung, Xerox, and more, as well as our own line of environmentally friendly locally remanufactured toner. We also offer Free Toner Delivery and Free Toner Cartridge Pickup & Recycling in Lower Mainland BC.

We offer the best prices on ink in Canada, but you’re not required to purchase ink from us. Ink and toner for our printers and copiers are widely available at most retailers.
