“Your technician attended twice, the first service charge was $206.08, and there was no charge for the second visit. Caesar was extremely polite, patient and considerate. I am 89 years, old, and had no idea that there were three different Brother printer / copier procedures, Print, copy and scan. I thought there were only Print and Scan. Furthermore, I did not know how to scan to email (gmail), or that my computer system was wireless. Caesar explained the procedures several times, and made sure I had a better understanding of how to resolve problems. In short, Your service is fast and reliable, or in one word “Incomperable!” Caesar must be a valued employee. I would not hesitate to recommend Tonertech to anyone who requires computer repair.”
